SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We ship all orders UPS Ground and the shipping charges are based off total weight of the items ordered.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once orders are processed and shipped, expected delivery is 2-5 business days. If you need a faster delivery contact us for availability and to process additional charges. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.  Diesel Tech ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Diesel Tech is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Diesel Tech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

RETURN POLICY

No refunds or exchanges after 30 days.
No refunds or exchanges on electrical parts.
25% handling charge on approved returns
Any parts that have been installed will not be accepted for return

To Request a Return or Exchange

Please email (contact@dieseltechmi.com) us to request a return. Please provide us with the following information: original invoice number; part number; quantity; reason for the return with as much detail as possible; and any other relevant information that will help us process the return with speed and accuracy.

Items returned to Diesel Tech without a valid confirmation of return from Diesel Tech will not be accepted. Diesel Tech will not be responsible for unauthorized returns.

We cannot be responsible for order cancellations. Because of the volume and speed of the order processing, it is impossible to stop an order once it has been processed. We will attempt to pull it if it has not yet been loaded for shipping. Otherwise it will have to be handled as a return or intercepted shipment, with applicable fees passed along.

Refunds or Credits will be issued upon receipt, inspection and approval of the returned items, net of any applicable restocking fees. Please allow 10 business days from the date we receive the returned product to process the request and issue the appropriate refund/credit.
